Bulat Okudzhava Museum Might be Closed

The Museum of Bulat Okudzhava in Peredelkino might be closed due to lack of financing. The problem is that the museum changed its status from federal to regional, the museum director Olga Okudzhava reported to the Echo of Moscow radio station on December 14. Regional financing was not received so far. Olga Okudzhava says that she is not going to look for private investors. According to her, she addressed official letters to the President, Prime Minister and the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, but did not get any response from them.
