Crossover fallen into Neva River being looked for

St. Petersburg, December, 14. The divers keep working on the bottom of the Neva River, on the place where a crossover fell down to the river and disappeared. Although crossover is a rather big thing, the vehicle is not jet detected. The incident took place on the December, 13, in the evening. Driver of a speeding jeep lost a control of the vehicle, it swept away 15 meters of iron barrier which didn’t stop it, and fell down into the river of Neva. It kept on the float some time, and after that sunk. The driver didn’t manage to leave the vehicle. Neither his body, nor the car is found till this moment. The searches begun yesterday and were interrupted for the night. The searchers move slowly down the river. The stream of Neva is rather fast and the vehicle’s speed was high as well. Both these forces could move a vehicle downstream. It is hard to tell, what has become the reason for such accident. The street is absolutely straight here. However, this case is not the first one.
