Natalya Komarova – second female governor in Russia

Natalya Komarova was declared as a new governor of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area – Yugra by the Duma of the region. She is the second female governor in the history of New Russia after Valentina Matvienko, the acting governor of St. Petersburg.
