High-speed train service St. Petersburg – Helsinki appears next year
High-speed trains Pendolino begin running between St. Petersburg and Helsinki, Finland in the autumn, 2010. 450-km distance between the cities will be covered in 3 hours. It means, that the train journey Moscow – Helsinki would take you less than 7 hours, if you go from Moscow to St. Petersburg by Sapsan trains.
