The Irish low-cost air company of Ryanair announced opening of a new air service to Dusseldorf from the Finnish border town of Lappeenranta. They will begin with two flights a week. Lappeenranta is situated in 25 km from the Russian border and in 210 km from St. Petersburg. According to the experts, the service is focused on the Russian passengers.
