Sakhalin frontier guards affirm that Sergey Tolkachev, the captain of Kitami Maru fisherman, suspected in illegal harvesting of the sea urchin was trying to escape and sink the vessel. The incident took place on the December, 8 late in the night in the area of Zeleniy Isle. Fisherman was crossing the Russian state border to take over the cargo of sea urchin, harvested illegally in the territorial waters of Russian for the transportation to the Japanese ports. Having noticed the cutter, the captain sailed a boat towards the Japanese waters, directly on the isles of Lisyi and Shishki (which are specially protected natural objects), endangering the sailors’ lives and scuttled, having made an attempt to sink the vessel. After that he left a boat, having footed on the rubber raft. Other crew members had to save themselves jumping overboard. Frontier guards managed to board, preventing an accident an environmental pollution. The crew members were rescued from the waters, which are rather cold in December. The captain Tolkachev was arrested. It was not the first time for him, when he is followed for the poaching. Get Russian visa support without much ado.
