A curfew for juniors imposed on Sakhalin

Children and teenagers aren’t allowed to visit the public places since 10 o’clock p.m. till 6 o’clock in the morning any more on Sakhalin. Streets, parks, public gardens, entrances of dwelling houses and internet-cafes and game clubs as well are to be understood under the public places. Moreover, the places with liquor license, cinemas, discos and night spots also refer to the category of the public places. The children and teenagers may not be in the public transport, railway stations and airports without parents. The parents who don’t control their children and administrations of the places would be fined.
