Transaero contradicts reports of Israel press about incident in the Tel-Aviv airport
The air carrier of Transaero denies reports of the Israel mass media, stated that an incident with the air company’s aircraft happened in the airport of Tel-Aviv. It was reported that pilot managed to land the aircraft at the third attempt only, directed by controllers of Ben-Gurion. It was also reported that he was putting in danger the lives of the crew, passengers and the people who was not in the aircraft. According to the air company’s press relation service, the flight UN 301 Moscow (Domodedovo) – Tel-Aviv (aircraft Boeing-737-400) with 102 passengers on board was preparing to land in the airport of Ben-Gurion on the strip, pointed by the flight service. At the moment of the landing approach a new command was received by the pilot. The command was to alter the course and land on the other strip. The aircraft has made a landing under routine operation. According to the Transaero, the crew kept a tight rein on the situation. Nobody was hurt.
