Fireworks outside the law?
The Moscow Duma is going to increase the fines for illegal exploiting of the fireworks considerably, to 1 million rubles. The intention is tied with celebrating the New Years Day which is usually accompanied with the fireworks. The fines for organizations will be blown up fantastically and supposed to reach 1 million rubles. Such astronomical sum doesn’t look strange after the tragedy in the Perm club Lame Horse, which was caused by incorrect exploiting pyrotechnics. What about the real rates, the fines for the individuals exploiting fireworks beyond the places they are allowed to be exploited, increase from 1, 500 to 5, 000 rubles, fines for the officials will amount to 50, 000 rubles (earlier in was a sum of 2, 000 rubles) and fines for the organizations will be 1 million rubles, instead of 3, 000 they had to pay previously.
